Our History
The Royals of Hope Service Group was established in 2005 to enhance the worship experience at Hope Congregation by providing musical leadership and singing during church services and events.
What began as a small team of 8 dedicated members has grown into a vibrant service group of over 30 volunteers who ensure that church activities run smoothly and that everyone who enters our doors feels welcomed and valued.
Over the years, the Royals of Hope have expanded their responsibilities beyond basic singing to include special musical renditions, leading congregational singing, and performing at various church functions. The group's name reflects our commitment to praising God with excellence and dignity, bringing hope through our music ministry as we serve the King of kings.
Our Leadership Team
Mrs. Akosua Mensah
President
Mrs. Akosua Mensah has been leading the Royals since 2019. She has extensive experience in event planning and hospitality and brings her organizational skills to coordinate the group's activities.
Mr. David Osei
Vice President
Mr. David Osei assists in coordinating the group's activities and special events. He has a background in customer service and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for church visitors.
Ms. Sarah Addo
Secretary
Ms. Sarah Addo handles communication and record-keeping for the Royals. She ensures all members are informed about upcoming duties and maintains the group's schedule.
Mr. Benjamin Kumi
Training Coordinator
Mr. Benjamin Kumi oversees the training of new members and coordinates ongoing skill development for the team. He has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Our Service Activities

Sunday Service Worship
Leading congregational singing and performing special musical renditions during regular worship services
Musical Training
Conducting vocal training and music practice sessions to enhance the quality of our musical offerings
Special Events Performances
Preparing and performing special musical pieces for church conferences, celebrations, and special services
Collaborative Performances
Working with other musical groups in the church for combined performances during special occasions
Outreach Through Music
Using music as a ministry tool for evangelism and community outreach programs
Musical Resources Development
Creating and curating a collection of songs appropriate for various worship contexts and church seasons
