Nurturing young hearts and minds in Christ

Children's Hall, East Wing

Our History

Foundation (1998)

The Children's Service at Hope Congregation began in 1998, shortly after the church's founding. What started as a small Sunday School with just 15 children has grown into a vibrant ministry serving over 100 children each week.

Growth & Development

Over the years, we have expanded our facilities and developed a comprehensive curriculum that addresses the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of children at various stages of development.

Modern Era (2010-Present)

In 2010, we introduced age-specific classes to better meet the developmental needs of children. Today, our Children's Service is known for its engaging programs, dedicated teachers, and strong emphasis on biblical literacy and character development.

"We are God's little children,
Growing in faith and love.
Learning His Word together,
Guided by heaven above."

"Jesus our friend and Savior,
Teaches us every day.
How to be kind and faithful,
As we work, learn and play."

The Children's Service anthem is sung at the beginning of each service to remind our children of their identity in Christ and our mission to help them grow in faith.

Age Groups

Little Lambs

Ages 3-5

Our youngest group focuses on foundational Bible stories, simple songs, and interactive activities. Children learn basic biblical concepts through play, stories, and crafts.

Faithful Friends

Ages 6-8

This group builds on the foundation with more detailed Bible stories, memory verses, and character-building lessons. Children begin to engage more with Scripture and apply it to their lives.

Bible Explorers

Ages 9-12

Our oldest group dives deeper into Bible study, critical thinking about faith, and practical application. Children learn to navigate the Bible, discuss biblical principles, and prepare for transition to Junior Youth.
